  1. Acceptance of Terms. By creating an account or using our cloud services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  2. Eligibility & Account. You must be legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  3. Registration & Security. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
  4. Acceptable Use. Use the service lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for all activity under your account and projects.
  5. Prohibited Activities. No spam, malware, DDoS, crypto-mining without permission, port scanning, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
  6. Resource Usage & Fair Use. We may enforce quotas, throttling, or limits to protect platform stability and other customers.
  7. Billing & Payment. Usage is billed per minute (unless stated otherwise). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for fees, taxes, and overages.
  8. Pricing Changes & Taxes. Prices may change with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and government charges.
  9. Trials & Credits. Free tiers or promotional credits may be limited, expire, or be revoked for abuse or policy violations.
  10. Data Ownership. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it to provide the services.
  11. Backups & Data Loss. You are responsible for backups unless a specific backup feature/SLA is explicitly included in your plan.
  12. Service Levels & Maintenance. We provide commercially reasonable uptime. Planned maintenance or emergencies may interrupt service.
  13. Security. We implement industry-standard safeguards, but you must secure your applications, keys, and workloads.
  14. APIs, Keys & Rate Limits. Keep API keys secret. We may set or adjust rate limits to ensure platform reliability.
  15. Third-Party Software. Images and applications may include third-party components subject to their own licenses and terms.
  16. Beta/Experimental Features. Offered “as is,” may be changed or removed at any time and may have reduced support.
  17. Suspension & Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal reasons.
  18. Cancellations & Refunds. You may cancel at any time. Fees already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law.
  19. Intellectual Property & DMCA. Respect IP rights. Submit DMCA notices or counter-notices through our designated process.
  20. Compliance & Export. You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, and export controls in your jurisdiction.
  21. Changes & Contact. We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Contact support for questions regarding these terms.
